What is health coaching?
A health coach supports and guides you to make positive changes for a healthy lifestyle. I will help empower and inspire you to make lifestyle changes and set goals for yourself, which will turn into long-term sustainable habits.
Working with me, you will gain knowledge on up-to-date nutrition and health.
I will work with you to prevent and manage lifestyle diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and insulin resistance, using food and lifestyle as medicine.
I work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your situation.
I work on getting you in touch with what your body needs.
